Job summary

A manufacturing company in Ohio is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and maintain electrical systems. Our corporate client needs an Electrical Engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or something engineering related who has a minimum of three years experience in an industrial manufacturing facility. Experience will include Allen-Bradley PLCs and software (RSlogixS00, RSLogixS, Studio 5000, or FactoryTalk) Must have experience designing and reading one-lines, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams for industrial electrical and control systems. Must have the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (hydraulic and pneumatic).

Responsibilities

• Will design and maintain of our existing plant electrical & PLC controlled systems.
• Design electrical distribution and control schemes for new capital equipment.
• Create schematics for new and existing equipment.
• Work with suppliers and contractors when purchasing and installing equipment.
• Assisting maintenance in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment, including instructing maintenance on the proper methods.
• Working with purchasing on the procurement of new and used electrical equipment.
