The successful candidate will design, document, and review electrical controls projects starting immediately. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments and maintaining professionalism in all relationships.

Electrical Controls Engineer

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Electrical Controls Engineer for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $90k-$120k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Design and document projects and products, balancing performance, schedule, and cost.
• Review and interpret project and product design requirements provided by Project Engineering.
• Develop initial concept designs and submit them to Project Engineering for approval (Initial Design Review).
• Complete detailed designs and submit for approval and release (Final Design Review), including Bills of Materials, layouts, schematic drawings, software design/testing, and design calculations.
• Prepare and submit all required project and product documentation for approval (Documentation Review).
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all working relationships.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments across the organization.
• Continuously enhance individual skills through training and development opportunities.
• Contribute to organizational improvement by proposing and implementing innovative ideas.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited four‑year institution, or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical aptitude, including knowledge of machine controls and wiring practices.
• Demonstrated creativity and problem‑solving ability.
• Proficiency in applying electrical engineering principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Ability to create and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with CAD, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, CNC systems, and related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
