This fully onsite role is critical in leading the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of automation and control systems within the manufacturing facility. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable operation of production equipment, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting plant productivity, safety, and quality objectives.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They bring a strong technical background in industrial automation, along with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. They also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
