Qualifications

• Candidate must be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Control Systems or a related field.
• GPA requirements: 2.70 overall and 3.0 in core concentration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support projects aimed at improving safety, quality, and productivity in manufacturing.
• Learn aspects of the sausage/meat business and Johnsonville’s engineering practices.
• Develop project vision, objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist automation and design engineers with new project implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering initiatives.
