LALA US manufactures Yogurt Smoothie with Probiotics, Frusion Yogurt Smoothie, Crema Mexicana, and Blended Yogurt. The facility provides a clean work environment, well-lit, highly automated production facility, and career advancement opportunities.

• Competitive pay: $31.59 per hour, with a shift differential of $1.25 per hour for hours worked between 6:00PM and 6:00AM.

Hours for the role are 6:00PM-4:30AM, Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday - Wednesday.

Essential Functions for the Electro/Mechanical Technician

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test systems, and technical publications.
• Report and take necessary actions to prevent food safety and quality problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production lines and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
• Experience with maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
• Knowledge of production machinery repair, troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic, and electrical/electronic skills
• CMMS experience preferred
• Ammonia training is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience with Robotics, Automation, PLCs, and Electro/Mechanical Maintenance
• Regular and prompt attendance during scheduled hours
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, eager to learn and grow
• Quality and safety-minded, reliable, dependable, conscientious, precise, self-motivated
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
