The City of Ann Arbor is seeking an Electrical & Control Systems Technician to inspect, install, maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment for wastewater treatment and related systems. The role has two tracks, electrician and instrumentation, with primary responsibility in instrumentation for this posting.
Licensing is required: Journeyman Electrician within 1 year, or ISA CCST 1 with associate degree or 7,000 hours experience, plus CCST 1 within 2 years and CCST 2 within 4 years.
Starting Hourly Rate: $29.88 - $32.18 (Offer will be commensurate with experience)
After hire, pay increases are dependent on length of service, advancement in the position, and other contractual factors. In this position you have the potential of making up to $40.15/hour.

This role has two tracks, an electrician track and an instrument technician track. While a technician may work on duties associated with both tracks, for this position they will have the primary responsibility in the instrumentation track.
