Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a skilled Testing Technician, PEC, to join our Production Engineering Center in Conroe. You will inspect, test, and validate electrical control panels to ensure compliance with QAP, engineering drawings, and customer specs.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to quality and safety, with experience in a manufacturing/test environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years testing electrical equipment or control panels.
• 5+ years working within a Quality Assurance Program (QAP).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed control panels to verify workmanship against standards.
• Perform power-up and functional testing of panels and systems.
• Interpret compliance with schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
• Diagnose wiring or component issues and implement fixes.
• Document test results, discrepancies and resolutions clearly.
