Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical systems is a plus.
• Proven experience as a control panel builder or electrician.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with UL 508A, NEC codes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, enclosures, and sub-panels per blueprints and diagrams.
• Install and connect components such as relays, breakers, switches, transformers, PLCs.
• Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and wire termination with accuracy.
• Test and troubleshoot panels to ensure function and quality.
• Follow electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper tool care.
• Document issues or improvements in the process.
• Adhere to project deadlines and production schedules.
