Job summary

You will supervise the construction process on field projects, ensuring on-schedule completion, adherence to budget, and quality workmanship for customers. Requirements include a current State Electrical Journeyman License or a four-year engineering degree or equivalent, 10+ years of electrical construction supervision experience, OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain),

Qualifications

• Must hold a current State Electrical Journeyman License or a four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Must have 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and supervising large teams.
• Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction processes on assigned field projects to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Inspect, review, record and report on-site activities and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontractors perform work on schedule.
