Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Superintendent (Electrical Construction) in Nashville, TN. You will own field execution on complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, leading crews of up to 100 workers and overseeing up to 200,000 man-hours.

You’ll enforce safety and quality, interpret plans, read blueprints, and coordinate conduit, switchgear, transformers, and fire alarm systems while mentoring journeymen and apprentices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in the electrical field.
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field.
  • Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.
  • OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

  • Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours; supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Project & Crew Leadership
  • Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours
  • Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees
  • Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite
  • Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team
Execution & Field Operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans
  • Coordinate and install:
  • Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC)
  • Cable tray and large cable pulls
  • Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems
  • Fire alarm and control systems
  • Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications
Safety & Quality
  • Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline
  • Own site security, cleanliness, and organization
Team Development
  • Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen
  • Set expectations and hold the line on performance
  • Build crews that can execute without constant oversight
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in the electrical field
