Job summary

CS Erickson is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of large electrical construction projects in Central Texas. You will supervise field operations, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

This role requires a valid electrical journeyman or master electrician license and OSHA 30, with strong leadership and experience managing crews of 40+ on major

Qualifications

• Valid electrical journeyman or master electrician license is required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proven track record managing projects from commercial to industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations with electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and local codes.
• Conduct pre-construction planning, including site assessments and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor field staff, fostering safety, quality, and accountability.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and provide clear direction to the team.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet goals and standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly project reports with progress, hours, and material usage.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect project success.
