Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Construction Planner for the MEH Programme at Hinkley Point C. The role is site-based, full-time, Monday–Friday, with a focus on turning complex electrical work into detailed schedules and tracking progress to ensure safe and predictable delivery.

You will work closely with construction and delivery teams, developing Level-5 schedules, aligning with 16-week milestones, and providing visibility of readiness, constraints, and risks throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning experience in construction environments.
• HNC in engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Level 5 construction schedules.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and confirm readiness with site teams.
• Evidence-based progress measurement and reporting.
• Ability to spot constraints and communicate risks early.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical Level 5 construction schedules.
• Prepare and update weekly electrical four-week lookahead plans.
• Align schedules with the overall 16-week lookahead and programme milestones.
• Establish activity-level progress and quantity measurement requirements.
• Integrate engineering, materials, access, resources, quality and commissioning requirements into the plan.
• Confirm activity readiness with construction and delivery teams.
• Produce accurate, evidence-based schedule progress updates, including installed and remaining quantity trackers.
• Deliver planned versus actual quantity and productivity reports.
• Provide electrical inputs to the overall MEH 16-week lookahead.
