Job summary

Dynalectric Company in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks an experienced Construction Scheduler to support planning, execution, and timely delivery of large electrical projects. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and communicate schedule impacts to project teams and clients.

The role requires CPM mastery, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, and the ability to read drawings and contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Analyze critical path activities and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, foremen, clients, and GCs.
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on field conditions.
• Prepare schedule recovery plans and impact analyses for delays.
• Track milestones, procurement, deliveries, and turnover requirements.
• Generate schedule status reports for teams and leadership.
• Participate in planning and owner/GC schedule reviews.
• Assist with schedule-related claims and delay analysis.
• Develop workforce loading projections and manpower forecasts.
• Support scheduling best practices across projects.
