We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Construction Project Manager (CCTV & Communications), you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV and telecommunications systems. You will coordinate teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all technical aspects meet industry standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of low-, mid-, and high-voltage electrical systems and be willing to travel to different states as required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination:
   1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   2. Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
   3. Conduct site assessments to evaluate project scope and requirements.
2. Installation & Maintenance Oversight:
   1. Supervise the installation and configuration of CCTV and communication systems.
   2. Ensure all installations meet technical standards and client specifications.
   3. Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.
3. Client Management:
   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
   2. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
   3. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions and resolving any issues.
4. Quality Control & Compliance:
   1. Implement quality control measures to maintain high work standards.
   2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
   3. Conduct final inspections to confirm project completion and client satisfaction.
5. Risk Management & Problem Solving:
   1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   2. Monitor project progress and adjust plans to resolve any issues.
   3. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
6. Team Leadership:
   1. Lead and manage field teams, technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
   2. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet project objectives.
   3. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
7. Budget & Resource Management:
   1. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
   2. Track project expenses and provide financial reports.
   3. Approve and oversee material and equipment procurement.
8. Documentation & Reporting:
   1. Maintain accurate records of project activities, schedules, and budgets.
   2. Prepare and submit project documents, including 'As-built' drawings and reports.
   3. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
9. Post-Project Support:
   1. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients after project completion.
   2. Collaborate with support teams to address post-installation issues or upgrades.
   3. Gather client feedback for future project improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
2. 3+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, preferably in CCTV & telecommunications.
3. Strong knowledge of low-, mid-, and high-voltage electrical systems is required.
4. Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
7. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
8. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
9. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
10. Must be willing to travel to different states (out-of-state projects required).

12. Korean/English bilingual is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
13. Relevant certifications (PMP, RCDD, or similar) are a plus.
