EC Electric, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to take full responsibility for a range of electrical projects from marketing through closeout and customer follow-up.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in project management, including profit, supervision, customer relations, and contract management. You will plan and execute projects, manage job costs, prepare monthly status and completion reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams while upholding a

• Track record in project management including profit, supervision, customer relations, and contract management.
• Experience with project planning, execution, job costing, and job closure.
• Ability to prepare monthly status reports and percent completion.
• Estimating electrical services and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent complete reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Decision making concerning project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions.
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct workforce.
