Job summary

ICS Holding seeks a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and execution of electrical installations with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Main duties include developing plans, managing budgets, maintaining schedules, allocating resources, enforcing quality and safety standards, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field (degree plus experience considered).
• Must pass Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to align goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets and control costs.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Allocate resources including labor, equipment and materials.
• Implement and enforce quality control per electrical codes and standards.
• Lead electrical engineers, technicians, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships; provide regular updates and manage changes.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety culture on site.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports; communicate status.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
