Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Construction Manager – Electrical in Louisiana to lead and execute electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion. You will provide field leadership to project superintendents, foremen, electricians and subcontractors, coordinating with engineering, safety, QA/QC, procurement, vendors and clients to meet schedule, budget and contract requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of electrical construction leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of electrical construction experience with leadership in project and field.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and management for electrical construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project resources.
• Lead Project Superintendents, Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Oversee medium- and high-voltage electrical construction, substations, renewable energy, and BESS projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering to resolve RFIs and field changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress and costs.
• Champion Saber Power's safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
