They are currently seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to be site based in the Norwich area. Looking to start ASAP.
You will be responsible for managing electrical installation teams across a 63,000 sq ft lab and office building, providing programme management, ensuring the highest standard of health and safety compliance are maintained, quality control of work and progress reporting.
The role will also involve overseeing the installation and delivery of LV switchgear and busbar systems, ensuring all electrical systems are correctly coordinated, installed and integrated into the overall project requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing existing electrical systems and designs, identifying where changes or improvements are required, and working with the project team to ensure the systems are adapted to best suit the project's technical and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and experience managing electrical works on large M&E projects ideally in life sciences with a proven track record of delivering electrical packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
