OceanaGold Corporation is seeking a senior electrical construction leader for Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina. You will manage electrical construction of leach and paste plants and surface facilities, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and quality.

The role interfaces with project managers, engineers, and operations to deliver on schedule. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years in senior roles, and hold electrical trade qualifications or a related

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ relevant experience in electrical construction with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Trade qualifications or degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• MSHA 40-hour training or equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction of leach and paste plants and surface facilities.
• Manage electrical contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with project manager, engineers and other trades to meet specs and timelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and transition projects to operations.
