Qualifications

• 8 years of experience inspecting construction projects of various sizes.
• Training in OSHA 30-hour construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specs for construction projects.
• Prepare daily narratives and inspection reports.
• Identify extra work issues and report to the Resident Engineer.
• Review contractor payment requests.
