Responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patent applications, collaborating with clients, performing patentability analyses, and communicating with the USPTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Admission to the USPTO is required.
• Experience in ML, telecommunications, autonomous driving, RF circuitry, or hardware security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand inventions and draft patent applications.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Communicate with the USPTO regarding patent applications.
