The program offers coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities while building technical skills in CAD, embedded software, and robotics.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university for at least one semester prior to internship and another semester after.
• Pursuing at least a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, embedded, firmware, robotics, or related major.
• Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
• Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g. extracurricular activities or projects)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship (F1 with CPT can be accommodated)
• Ability to commit to a 10-12-week, full-time (40 hours per week) summer internship

Aufgaben

• Design or enhance lab and research equipment using CAD, 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and controls.
• Develop embedded software/firmware for 32-bit microcontrollers using C/C++, RTOS, and embedded Linux.
• Debug electronic and embedded systems with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Support manufacturing automation projects involving cobots, programming and machine-vision systems.
• Develop robotics applications for patient positioning, including simulation-to-real deployment.
