Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in hardware testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test setups.
• Familiarity with EMC and safety testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up electrical and compliance test configurations for projects.
• Configure test equipment, fixtures, and hardware for EMC, safety, and product validation.
• Support internal teams during electrical hardware testing.
• Coordinate product prep and logistics for external test houses.
• Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting and hardware issue resolution during testing.
• Collect and organize test data for senior staff review.
• Maintain test equipment, lab organization, and testing schedules.
• Support engineering projects during quieter compliance periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Note: Senior staff lead documentation and regulatory submissions; this role focuses on setup and coordination.
