Job summary

Engineering-Economics, Inc. (EEI) seeks a Mission Critical Electrical Support team member to assist testing, verification, and documentation of electrical systems in data centers and high‑reliability facilities.

You will work with engineers, field technicians, clients, and vendors to keep schedules and communications on track, ensuring systems perform as designed. The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering background or hands-on electrical experience, strong detail orientation, and a

Qualifications

Experience or exposure in electrical systems, facilities operations, commissioning, construction, engineering, maintenance, building operations, military electrical work, or related technical environment.
Ability to learn technical concepts and apply them in office and field environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and system information with guidance.

Responsibilities

Support the commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical building systems to verify performance.
Verify electrical installations against design specifications and regulatory requirements, documenting findings.
Participate in system testing across full/no load and failure scenarios, tracking issues to resolution.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve commissioning issues and support project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards and EEI protocols are followed.
