Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; heavy writing and documentation.
• High competency in technical writing, systems development and utilization.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in commissioning projects, including planning and scheduling.
• Prepare commissioning scripts, reports, and client-site testing.
• Develop SOPs and MOPs; comprehensive commissioning documentation.
• Prepare test procedures and reports for commissioning.
• Maintain logs, checklists, and tools to track projects.
• Provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for building operations.
