Universal Electrical Service, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join our Sanford team. The role focuses on commercial installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will contribute to high customer satisfaction and project success.

You will read blueprints, install conduit and panels, and ensure compliance with NEC codes while coordinating with leads and foremen on site.

Formación

• Journeyman Electrician - Commercial.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and NEC codes.
• Work safely and maintain compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with Leads or Foreman on job sites.
• Complete documentation, reports, and work orders accurately.
