Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services LLC in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a qualified engineer experienced in AutoCAD Electrical and I&E/automation systems to support control panel design in oil and gas projects. The role requires NEC knowledge and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have AS in Engineering or equivalent, Automation and Controls background, and experience with AutoCAD and related tools; familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years AutoCAD Electrical and LT experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of oil and gas industries.
• Prior work history in automation and controls or I&E / I&C system design and development.
• Knowledgeable on NEC code requirements for control and electrical panels; familiarity with UL508, UL NNNY; proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and AutoCAD.

Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday
QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have thorough knowledge of NEC code as it pertains to PLC, I&E Controls, and instrumentation panels.
• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with numerous internal and external parties in an environment that regularly has two parties seeking the same business, but where only one can have it.
• Must have good working knowledge of Mechanical Tubing Systems, Industrial Automation Systems, and Industrial I&E Rack Systems.

EDUCATION

• AS in Engineering (technical discipline) or Equivalent
• Automation and Controls Engineering
• C.S.E.E.

MAIN EXPERIENCES

• A MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL AND LT EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
• DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES.
• PRIOR WORK HISTORY IN AUTOMATION AND CONTROLS OR I&E / I&C SYSTEM DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

OTHER EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Knowledgeable on NEC Code requirements as it pertains to control and electrical panels. Knowledge of UL508, UL NNNY and be proficient in computer usage including familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Adobe PDF and Correct usage of SharePoint and AutoCAD.
