Job summary

The role bridges engineering, BIM/VDC, and field execution to ensure constructible, installation-ready designs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BIM/VDC or design-build environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. PE preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology, or related discipline or equivalent field-based electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting electrical construction projects in BIM/VDC/engineering or design-build environments.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and digital delivery lead for plan/specification, design-assist, and design-build electrical projects.
• Lead development and coordination of electrical models and designs including one-lines, power distribution, lighting, controls, and equipment placement.
• Coordinate with field leadership to incorporate labor efficiency, modularization, and fabrication strategies into design workflows.
