Job summary

The BIM/CAD Coordinator at Everus Construction Group, Inc. creates and modifies elements within a virtual environment using Autodesk Revit and related tools, supporting electrical construction projects and coordination with the design team.

Responsibilities include setting up Revit views, annotating shop drawings, and ensuring accuracy before transmittal to other parties; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in electrical construction industry; knowledge of electrical symbols and drafting conventions.

Responsibilities

• Model electrical systems based on markup drawings or verbal direction.
• Set up Revit views and sheets for shop drawings.
• Annotate and dimension shop drawings for field installation.
• Use Bluebeam Revu to markup PDFs and communicate with team.
• Prepare copies and transmittals of documents to other parties.
• Download drawings from project websites or SharePoint (FTP, BIM 360).
• Check own work for accuracy before passing on to others.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
