Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in electrical construction.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and leadership potential.
• Prior experience in electrical estimating a plus.
• Electricians license a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project managers for change orders, expediting logs, and RFI logs.
• Perform cost control and financial management with preconstruction on estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate scope of work and prepare submittals.
• Review pay applications and change requests; manage project finances.
• Partner with project managers to craft client proposals and subcontracts.
• Assist in contract administration, timekeeping and site coordination.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain plant/resource information.
