Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies in Charlotte, NC seeks an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support project coordination and supervision on new construction projects. You will assist in documenting change orders, submittals, RFIs, and schedule updates, and you will work with superintendents, suppliers, and trade contractors to meet project goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 months of relevant experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer skills in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in documenting and logging change orders, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Attend meetings and assist with project coordination activities to facilitate project success.
• Work with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to assist the operations team.
