Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to grow, and able to coordinate timelines, budgets, and field needs, while maintaining project documentation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Electrical field experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, RFIs, and submittals.
• Support procurement efforts, including material tracking and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure site needs are met.
• Help prepare change orders, progress reports, and schedules; participate in project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
