Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Utah to support from bidding through construction, building strong client and vendor relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

This role requires knowledge of electrical construction, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to learn large-scale estimation and project controls. The work schedule is typically Monday–Thursday, with early Friday hours as needed.

Formación

• Experience/knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance and management preferred.
• Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize performance.
• Understanding of corporate and industry practices and their impact on project activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Licensed electrician or electrical background is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Bid, takeoff and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare preconstruction budgets and scheduling.
• Review contract drawings and oversee project compliance with documents and contract.
• Process shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc.
• Manage change requests and change orders.
• Prepare schedule of values and billings.
