Job summary

Powell is seeking an Assembler to join our Manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will assemble electrical units and switchgear following engineering drawings, ensuring quality and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and convert measurements.
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools required.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and works in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble mechanical components per drawings and specs.
• Maintain proper use of tools and perform in-process inspections.
• Keep work area safe and clean, following ISO requirements.
• Report defects and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Join the assembly team and coordinate with other departments.
• Support ship-prep tasks as needed.
