A leading manufacturing company located in Calera, Alabama is looking for an Assembly Technician 1 responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical switchboard components. The ideal candidate will read blueprints and work collaboratively with the team while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years experience in a production environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboard components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Perform quality checks and testing for compliance.

Skills

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to read drawings and blueprints

Knowledge of measurements

Ability to use power and hand tools
