This is a temp-to-hire position.

Our client, a heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking an electrical assembly technician to support final wiring and assembly of their equipment. This role focuses on reading schematics, following work orders, and completing wiring installations with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate has hands‑on electrical assembly experience and is comfortable working on their feet in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final wiring and electrical assembly on heavy equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Build and install cable harnesses and electrical components
• Follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot basic wiring issues and make corrections as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience with cable harness assembly and installation
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods (majority of shift)
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment environment preferred

Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
