Job description

Pay: $18-26/hour

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities: (what you will be doing)

1. Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components and fabricated components
2. Perform light fabrication work, including drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping
3. Material handling
4. Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, & Team Leads
5. Support installation of various electrical equipment

Requirements: (what it takes to be successful)

• Attention to detail; ability to read blueprints and bills of materials
• Aptitude for learning manufacturing processes
• Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical, including drug screening
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
