Job Description:

Position Overview: The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems used in HVAC equipment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and Interpret Schematics: Understand and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

  • Assemble Electrical Components: Assemble electrical panels, junction boxes, and control systems according to specifications.

  • Wire Electrical Systems: Perform wiring tasks, including routing wires, connecting terminals, and securing electrical components.

  • Test and Troubleshoot: Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Maintain Work Area: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical assembly is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills: Proficiency in using electrical tools and instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes), basic soldering skills, and knowledge of electrical safety practices.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document work.
