Job summary

Körber Technologies GmbH is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our North American team. You will assemble, repair, test, and maintain electrical/electronic components and equipment for manufactured products and plant facilities, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting production schedules.

You will work with complex schematics, test equipment, and color-coded cables, performing tasks from PCB assembly to assembly of prototype equipment, while using a range of power and hand tools to

Qualifications

• High school graduate with vocational training in an electrical/electronics discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in panel wiring/PCB assembly or complex electrical/electronic assembly.
• Ability to read complex electrical/electronic schematics and work with color-coded cables.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, test, and maintain electrical/electronic components and equipment.
• Assemble, dismantle, and test electrical/electronic components.
• Repair electrical/electronic equipment and clean parts returned by customers.
• Test all electrical/electronic equipment including ground-fault and current draw tests.
• Complete assembly of printed circuit boards and panels from engineering prints.
• Operate tools and machinery for assembly and testing.
