Job summary

Grenzebach Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support, with involvement in logistics such as shipping and receiving and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners.

The position emphasizes quality, on-time delivery, and collaboration with field installations and equipment modifications,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of electricity.
• Experience Soldering and Crimping.
• Operation of basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
• Two (2) years of professional electrical panel building experience.
• Overhead crane and lift-truck license.

Responsibilities

• Panel build (mounting and wiring)
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Print wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required
• Off-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and prints
• Basic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site)
• Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors)
• Collect and prepare documentation for instruction books
• Field installation, panel modifications/repairs
• Find ways to contribute to help the Company achieve short and long-term goals
