Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking an Electrical Assembler for our Monroe, WI facility. You will layout and wire electrical assemblies to print specifications, ensuring compliance with drawings and procedures. The role runs on First Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime.

Starting pay is $22.89 per hour, reflecting entry-level manufacturing in the region. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in an assembly manufacturing environment focused on electrical work required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and follow print instructions.
• Layout and wire electrical assemblies per print specifications.
• Proficient using wiring tools.
• Proficient using various hand tools including drills.
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
