Job summary

Haakon Industries Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician for the night shift to join a fast-paced production team. You will wire and assemble electrical components for large HVAC units, following prints and build specs, with a focus on safety and quality.

Expect to run conduit, install VFDs and actuators, and participate in testing. This role requires hands-on problem solving, precise workmanship, and the ability to learn as each unit varies.

Electrical Assembly Technician – Night Shift

Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | 4-day work week
Paid lunch + 5% shift differential

Pay

$21.44–$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

What This Job Is

You’ll be part of a team wiring and assembling electrical components for large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings.

This is hands-on, detail-focused work. You’ll be running conduit, pulling wire, and installing components based on prints and build specs.

This is not repetitive bench work. Every unit is different, and you’ll be expected to stay engaged and keep learning.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Read prints and follow electrical build instructions
