You will read drawings, follow work instructions, and perform precision wiring per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. The role runs M-F 7am-3:30pm with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years electromechanical and manufacturing assembly experience.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Practical skill using hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, and soldering irons.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and dependable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, transparent communication, and a positive team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Precision Build: Assemble complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical subassemblies.
• Quality Compliance: Adhere to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.
• Testing & Inspection: Execute testing, inspect finished work, and spot defects.
• Defect Reporting: Escalate defective materials or test failures to Lead/Supervisor.
• Workplace Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and proper tool care.
