About This Opportunity

The Electrical Assembler III is responsible for reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints to build electrical panels and perform electrical wiring for company equipment. The Electrical Assembler III will assemble panels according to prints, including laying out and physically mounting devices and wiring.

What You Will Do

• Provide electrical wiring for company equipment, including heater boxes, paint kitchens, and batch burn-off ovens.
• Collaborate with the design team to address quality issues and suggest solutions.
• Run conduit, grind conduit, cut and thread for installation, pull wires, and terminate wires.
• Mentor junior electrical assemblers and promote GFS’ core values and culture.

What You Have to Offer

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Associates Degree in electro-mechanical or related field.
• Understanding of UL and NEC codes.
• Proven record of process improvement.
