Job summary

This role will be performed full-time on site. Work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 4:30PM to 3 AM – 4/10 work week – Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
• Ability to become solder certified
• Effective communication and team work
• Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
• A passion for learning/knowledge

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly
• Active IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 Certifications
• Solder Reflow experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
