Job summary

Coperion is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support operations at our Whitewater, WI location. This role participates in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding electronics to meet customer requirements and builds panel and cable assemblies to schedule.

You will inspect, test circuits, and ensure lean manufacturing with 5S. A associates degree in Electronics and 2-4 years of related experience are required, along with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent with 2-4 years of electronics assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading for electrical and mechanical applications.
• Knowledge in use of measurement devices.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild electronics to support customer requirements.
• Build and inspect panel and cable assemblies to meet production schedules.
• Perform skilled fitting by mounting chassis or panels of parts and subassemblies.
• Inspect, organize, and test circuits and equipment for functionality.
• Support lean manufacturing with 5S and ISO 9001 standards.

The Electrical Assembler will s upport Operations by diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding electronics to support customer requirements .
