You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.**Primary Responsibilities*** Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, technical drawings, and schematics* Preparing and assembling components to create finished products* Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process* Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards* Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process**Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies*** Must be able to solder small gage wire.* Capable of using magnifying devices to assemble and solder small assemblies.* Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing.* Skill Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precision.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions with general reading, writing, and arithmetic skills* Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy.Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
