Job summary

Qualitrol in Fairport, NY is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our C shift team. You will perform final tests on assembled units using storage oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters and ammeters, and troubleshoot to engineering specs.

You'll rotate through cells as advised by supervision, pack finished products, and contribute to cell improvements. We seek dependable team players with basic reading of schematics and blueprints, strong manual dexterity, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year electrical assembly experience.
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and customer orders.
Experience using hand and power tools and measuring devices.
Solid communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Performs final test on all assembled finished units using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, ammeters).
Trouble shoots completed units and boards per specifications.
Rotates in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
Packs finished product for shipment.
Participates in cell improvements and implements improvements where possible.
Maintains high-quality workmanship and clean, safe work area.
