Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and accurately follow production blueprints and instructions.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using hand tools in a professional setting.
• Able to perform basic math and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and air tools to assemble products per blueprints.
• Pick and install accurate UL labels and follow wiring specs.
• Interpret and implement functional test procedures; perform testing.
• Rework and retest errors; troubleshoot following procedures.
• Read production blueprints and wiring diagrams; follow work instructions.
• Write reject tags; report shortages; maintain safety and quality standards.
