Aerotek is hiring Electrical Assemblers to build and wire custom refrigeration houses in a large manufacturing facility in Anoka, MN. You will work with electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and blueprints on varied, custom projects.

Ideal backgrounds include electrical assembly, panel wiring, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance. The role is onsite with opportunities to learn multiple skills and grow within a stable, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Reliable with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in an active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Run, route, and terminate electrical wiring on custom refrigeration systems.
• Install and wire lights, ceiling fans, and customer-specific electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Assist with building custom refrigeration houses from start to finish.
• Collaborate with a team to develop assembly solutions for unique projects.
• Support quality, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
